Lisa Ann Gray is the Property Manager at Porto Bellagio. At the direction of the Board of Directors, Lisa is responsible for the overall management of the community, including financials, maintenance, and residents. Lisa is a Licensed CAM with degree in Hospitality and an MBA from Florida International University. She has over 25 years of experience in Property Management and over fifteen years with Porto Bellagio.

Vivian Kamareddine is the Assistant Property Manager at Porto Bellagio. She has been with Porto Bellagio four years and has extensive knowledge of the community and the area. She is a licensed CAM.

Porto Bellagio is one of the most luxurious condominiums in Sunny Isles, Florida, and Ricardo is in charge of making sure it always looks its best.
He oversees a team of cleaners, landscapers, and engineers who keep the building in pristine condition. From cleaning the pools to changing light bulbs, Ricardo and his team make sure that everything at Porto Bellagio is in working order.
They are also responsible for responding to any requests or concerns from residents. Whether it’s fixing a loose doorknob or tracking down a leak, Ricardo and his team are always ready to help. As the building’s manager, Ricardo takes a lot of pride in his work and is always striving to provide the best possible service to Porto Bellagio’s residents. Thanks to him, the building is always looking its best.
